The coffee
Our most expressive lot. Guji sits high and cool, and the fruit arrives dense and sugar-rich — stone fruit, honey and a long floral finish.
The farmers
Bought first hand from the Shakiso hills, from farms we have visited every season since we started SAFI.
Brewing
- Pour over — 16g coffee to 260g water at 94°C
- Chemex — slow, even pours for clarity
- Excellent as a cold brew concentrate

Dispatched from Addis Ababa within 48 hours of roasting. Nationwide delivery 2–4 working days, free over ETB 3,000.
Freshness
One-way degassing valve and resealable pouch. Best within 8 weeks of the roast date printed on the base.
