profit organization, Rural Development Connections relies on generous donations from individuals and companies.
With these donations, RDC empowers impoverished Kenyan farmers with the tools, training, and organic and fair trade certification
to grow better crops and sell them for a dramatically improved price. RDC also focuses on community development projects,

We are Rural Development Connections – a non-profit, non-sectarian organization dedicated
to the livelihood of smallholder African farmers and assisting in moving their crops higher up the value chain. Application for recognition of 501(c)(3) exemption is pending.
We accomplish our goals by supporting improvement in the quality and quanity of crops cultivated,
further developing the agri-business value chain, and promoting the completion of children's education in rural
communities.
Our Mission
Founded in 2008, Rural Development Connection's mission is to provide rural income
generation opportunities to smallholder farmers, discourage negative urbanization
in sub-saharan Africa, and to encourage the completion of education of rural inhabitants.
